After stitching the tiny lazy daisy leaves and stems I wanted to add some flowers to the letters.
When I was searching for something else in my aari embroidery supplies box I found these tiny mirrors which were perfect for this sampler.So far it looks good I think.

Punch needle embroidery was one of the techniques that caught my attention in my childhood.
Artisans used to put up stalls in trade fairs and show us how to do it. Also very often they used to visit my school to show the children this cool craft . We used to call this as pick pick embroidery back then.

I had designed and stitched a small hardanger doily. This little doily is a class project and measures about 10.5'' x 10.5''

I love variegated threads but I'm not sure why.
When I saw this hand dyed cotton thread I couldn't resist so I ended up making doilies and coasters.
