Hi!
It's been a year since we had our
chikan embroidery SAL. I've received few e-mails recently from
readers asking for another sal. Since I don't know whether there will
be enough people interested to participate if I organize a new SAL I
thought it'd be better if I ask your opinion before deciding.
Please do leave a comment if you'd like
to have a chikan embroidery SAL with a different design this
time.Looking forward to hear from y'all...
Since am busy with other things and
it's holidays here I can't do a SAL immediately but will try to do
in June or July.
Before I sign off let me show a picture
of a triangular shawl
which I'd crocheted this week for a
friend, the pattern is from a crochet magazine .
Happy stitching!
Anita.
I know I only just got the last SAL but I'm definitely all for another! I don't know enough to have requests though!

ReplyDeleteI will be on maternity leave starting July,so a SAL is a very big YES from me. :)I learned a lot of new stitches during the last one and would like so lern a few more .
ReplyDeleteHi Anita,
ReplyDeleteI too would like to participate in the Chikan SAL. I missed the last one.
I have a doubt, the SAL which you are proposing in June -July will it be just the same as last one or One level advanced?
Bcoz, though I have seen your posts, I did not try the stitches hands-on, so I wanted to ask.
If you have plans to have it One-Level advanced, could you pls plan for something on the Basic level may be in Black Work or Bargello Embroidery.
Sorry I'm too demanding. Just wanted to express my interest.
Thanks,
Sangheetha.
do count me too..iam ready anita..awaiting a new SAL with different design..big thanks in advance..
ReplyDelete@ Sangheetha - It's not advanced and am sure you'll be able to follow it easily.Sorry, I can't promise you the other SAL right now 'coz am busy planning/writing a couple of embroidery courses but will try in future....
