A new shisha embroidery pattern 'Desi pouch' is available for download in my etsy shop now.
Last week I spent most of my time
sewing clothes.I had bought yards and yards of fabric last year and
without turning them into clothes I can't buy more fabric :). If I
add more stash then I'm sure I'll end up living in the balcony
because there is very little moving space around :)
I had fun sewing some
pouches, needle, brushes and pencil rolls. Now these are on the way to a new home….
Happy stitching!

They are wonderful. I like the chevron print more. :-)
ReplyDeleteI too have eye-rolling amount of stash and I bought few metres recently with good intention of using up the old fabrics :-)
I'm making sling bags just posted in my blog.
like you I have a collection of fabric for clothes but unlike you I am passing it on as I have lost all interest in making them, mind you I have enough already to last a life time, some of the fabric I have had for years and have a friend who I am sure will put it to good use.
ReplyDeleteLittle brush holder such a good idea and also a girl cannot have too many pouches
That's a cute pouch. The roll is such a good idea for transporting items...I used mine for my paint brushes on location and when I was taking workshops.
ReplyDeleteThey look wonderful ! And the fabric prints are very nice.
ReplyDeleteDo you use iron on fabric for the backing to give weight to the fabric? I have a fabric collection too but some of them are very light weight.
love your pouches and rolls..awesome printed fabrics you have chosen..those are rare and impressive..:)
