u used single silk thread for this..?

The threads might split if the needle is not placed properly.

Oh, dear, no, I love paisleys - they're what got me interested in Indian embroidery in the first place! And beads . . . magpies are famous for collecting small bright things such as beads, y'know!
Plus, I have a book of chikan designs (it's in storage right now, so I can't remember the name) collected by Pradumna and Rosalba Tana, and it's really interesting to see how the finished embroideries look, and think about how to apply it to their line drawings.
I love paisleys and always have. Yours is stunning. Blissful Stitching...

Such a beautiful work. Its not easy to do aari work, need lots of practice before one gets hang of it. I had hired a teacher to learn this art but did not persue further. I really really appreciate your beautiful and hard work.

I think mini embroidery in aari is do-able but choosing a pattern and thread will be quite an interesting challenge.If you could e-mail with more details about what sort of designs you do the most then I'd happily do all the experiments and let you know if it works on the scale you've mentioned above.
