Bunnies in the garden

I've made some progress in the 'bunnies in the garden' project.
Last time when you saw this I'd finished the fruits and few leaves. Now I've completed all the leaves, the tree with stem stitch filling, grass with straight stitch, flowers with blanket stitch, part of the ladder with stem stitch and the basket with woven and rope stitch.

I'm spending a lot more time than I'd planned on each element of this project because of it's size. The basket is little more than ½ cm and the flowers are 3mm across.
How do you handle a small/miniature project ? Please do share your experience..

Happy stitching!
Anita.

what a delightful piece you are working on, sorry no advice for working miniature as I have never tried so small, must be tiring on the eyes or do you have a magnifier?

oh how cute! It's looking great. I don't have any advice, but I'd go and visit Mary Corbert at Needle'n'Thread, she did a project last year/the year before which was a miniature, she called it her Mini Cluny, so if you search, you should find something.
