This
stitch has a wonderful texture which is what I like the most. If you
want some texture then use this stitch instead of daisy or detached
chain stitch.
Step 1 – Bring the needle and thread up at 'a' , go down at 'b' and come up at 'c'.
Step 2 – Make a twisted chain stitch as shown.
Step
3 – Pass the needle and thread under the stitch to your left
without picking up the fabric and pull the needle.
Step 4 – Go down between 'a' and 'b' . Bring the needle and thread up slightly above 'c'.
Step 5 – Make a chain as shown.
Step 6 - Secure the chain with a tying stitch as shown.
The
length of the chain stitch,both the number and length of the trying
stitch can be varied to achieve a different effect.
