Floral lace

I haven't been here for the past few weeks because of some personal issues.I've lots to catch up now ... hope I'll be able to do that this week end.

I'd like to show you a lace cutwork doily I'd finished recently but started this one last year I guess (!).

                                     

Can you guess how much time I'd have spent to do the cutwork part alone?

Black ‘n’ white sampler progress….

The last time when I showed you this sampler I’d finished the outer border and started working on the diagonal lines.

                                                     

 

                                      

I've completed the diagonal lines and before I started to fill the diamonds/squares I've stitched all the four corner triangles… 

                                        

I’m really enjoying working on this sampler and in fact it reduces my stress level J

Doily-Aura

I’d like to show y’all this small doily-Aura

                                                      

It was quite a challenge because I had to develop a design to fit this size of the fabric and I think it’s turned out well…
